As we wrap up our eighth year and look ahead to our ninth, The Fresh Monkee is reflecting back on an exciting year. We ended 2022 by signing our first healthy shakes franchise – and we’re continuing the growth this year, too!

We introduced our Monkee Ballz this year – and sold over 30,000 of them! These little bites pack a nutritional punch and are handcrafted in-house with natural peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chocolate whey protein, and oat flour, coated in semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil.

We’re all about fun, healthy, and delicious, but we’re serious about nutrition, too! We create our protein shake blends by focusing on three important macronutrients to maintain your health: proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.
We start with high-quality protein to slow the digestion of carbohydrates to keep your blood sugar from spiking and provide steady energy over a longer period of time. We build up from there, adding carbohydrates like vegetables, chia and flax seeds, low-fat graham crackers, sugar-free non-hydrogenated cookies, and protein bars. Finally, we add healthy fats such as coconut oil or natural nut butter.
We stock a variety of add-ons, so you can pack an antioxidant punch with cacao nibs or sugar-free cocoa or kick it up a notch with Nutella, marshmallows, sugar-free chocolate, or caramel syrup.
We’re changing how customers eat by giving them the fast, convenient, and healthy options they need on the go! Our thoughtful, nutritionally balanced protein shakes don’t depend on sugary syrups, sweetened fruits, and ice, making them easy for anyone to customize and enjoy.
